The Role:
* Company's internal policies and procedures with particular regard to HSE, labor relations regulation and other related personnel administration.
* Civil, administrative KZ laws and any other applicable laws.
* Procedures for the conclusion and execution of commercial contracts.
* Reporting procedures.
* Documents custody and data protection rules
* Conduct regular sales visits to new potential clients and existing clients and to regions in RoK.
* Promote BKL to new potential and existing clients.
* Ensure that we are an approved sub suppliers for all clients in our target segment.
* Support of Business Development activities.
* Support of Tendering Process. Support Tender process with Contracts, Finance and Operations team. Interface with Global Tendering Group to ensure local Tender process is aligned with global standards.
* Manage all regional Sales contacts. Keep a log of all contacts in the region and submit on a monthly basis to the Managing Director and Global Head of Tendering Group Manager. Ensure that contacts are communicated to Global Tendering Manager and other relevant parties (if required).
* Manage relations with all sub-suppliers to ensure BKL meets all client requirements in terms of capability.
* Develop inter-company relationship with global sales team to ensure effective sales strategy which meets corporate strategy.
* Interface with all departments within BKL to ensure effective support of existing contracts. Ensure client service remains a priority.
* Support Marketing strategy for RoK and effective management of Marketing budget.
* Provide regular Sales Call Reports (SCRs) based on visits to clients and potential clients.
* Ensure that all bid proposals in the region are made in an intelligent and qualified manner as well as in accordance with company's corporate guidelines and requirements.
* To maintain total confidentiality in all areas

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Graduate degree.
* Experience in similar position 3 years minimum.
* Experience of working in multi-national companies.
* English skills - Upper Intermediate.
* PC literacy advanced level - MS Outlook, Excel, Word.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
