The Role:
Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role
* Delivery of cash, targeted growth of sales volume / turnover / gross margin for Industrial business through the retention of existing customer and increase market share within his/her area of responsibility.
* Implementation of key Industrial Strategic Initiatives to meet goals set towards for business growth of MWF and HPL products.
* Identify customer need and develop value proposition utilizing value selling and services offer knowledge to gain new business from competitors and retain existing business and also implement global core range products (new & power products) to grow total gross margin.
* Be agent to hunt new quality business for MWF and HPL from existing customers and competitor customers.
* Drive efficiencies by ensuring business operations are run smooth in the areas like Debts control, Overdue collections, expenses within budgets, sales skew and drive towards continuous improvement
* Be proficient to address customer's problem both onsite and offsite to achieve customer's satisfaction. This includes planning and implementing product trial in order to achieve total cost reduction and acknowledge such trial into case study to leverage to other members
* Draw road map and oversee execution of CIPs using Better / Best products and New Generation products to deliver value to customers and improved margin contribution
* To build and develop relationships with both shop floor and management level in our customers organization to retain and gain market share / customer intelligence and so maximize business potential.
* Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, commentaries and activity plan
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including HSSEQ, Ethics & Code of Conduct (CoC) and HR objective are met.

The Company:
Qualification:
* A degree in Chemical, Engineering or similar subject.
* A minimum of 2 years experienced in sales environment for B2B or related to Industrial business.
* This position requires the key account management skill with value selling minded, including strong technical background and industrial application knowledge would be an advantage.
