The Role:
Key Results/ Accountabilities:
* Provide strong leadership for assuring and building a strong HSSE culture within the team.
* Seek to understand channel/customer's products/business and their requirements on products.
* Develop Sales and Marketing Plans and implement activities in plan to support sales and business activities in responsible channel.
* Consolidate and provide best view of sub-channel short term demand forecast reflecting agreed activities/promotion
* Accountable for maintain price quotation in JDE system.
* Timely update CSU on rebates/allowance/incentives to reflect in accrual system and coordinate with CSU for the payment on time.
* Supervise assigned sales team to achieve sales and debt collection target in OEM & Franchised work-shops channel.
* Monitor competitor's activities and recommends counter-actions.
* Monitor and manage Trade Loan investment as agreed plan
* Monitor and manage customer Trade Loan performance to the performed level
* Conduct monthly performance review of all the above responsibilities and present the review to Channel Sales Manager - OEM/FWS.
* Conduct monthly/quarterly performance review with key customers as agreed with Channel Sales Manager.
* OEM/FWS to review sales performance and 2 identify issues/opportunities.
* To manage, train and develop a team of Sales OEM/FWS, through a performance based culture, to maximize sales and profit on a short and long term basis within their accounts.
* Performs other duties as assigned by Channel Sales Manager - OEM/FWS

Experience & Expertise (mandatory & desired)
* Bachelor degree or higher in related field e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Modern Trade, etc.
* At least 7 years' sales experience and 5 years in Key Account management.
* Fluent in English both written and spoken
* Computer Program : Microsoft Office
