The Role:
Job Responsibilities;
*The Technical Support Engineer plays a key role in providing the technical knowledge and product & application knowledge of Metal working fluid and products to Industrial sales team and customers for their achieving the sales volume and gross margin target.
*Identify customer needs and develop value proposition with account manager in order to recommend products, service offer and optimise application to key customers, specializing in Core segment, in order to deliver total gross margin expansion for Industrial Thailand.
*Accountable for proactive problems preventing and provide a "hands on" service resulting from the uses of products and application in order to deliver benefit and continuous improvement to customers.
*Responsible for working closely with account manager to design and implement product field trials in order to achieve product benefit to customers. This includes developing successful case studies to leverage product and application knowledge for further business.
*Build technical capability to our account manager on products and application to enhance their value selling skill and contribute benefit to customer's operation.
*Develop and implement technical service offer in conjunction with account manager to customers in core segment and be in line with Segment Offer. This includes fluid monitoring management and customer monthly meeting to identify area for improvement.
*Provide technical advices concerning the industrial products range and application to external and internal customers.
*To summarize necessary technical reports to industrial customers and commenting on in-serviced oil analysis reports from industrial customers.
*Provide technical trainings as necessary on subjects concerning industrial and associated lubricants to new and existing staff, and externally to customers and distributors for further enhancing value-added skills and contribution to the customer's operation.
*To provide directly and indirectly a comprehensive industrial technical supports and used oil analysis program, in conjunction with the departmental manager and the laboratory.

*Bachelor degree in Chemical, Engineering, Production or similar subject.
*A minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B business environment including good exposure to industrial sales / management and preferably combined experience in manufacturing. .
*It is critical that the incumbent possess strong skills in the areas of HSSE, knowledge of chemistry and engineering and problem solving,
*Possess a working knowledge of metal working fluids, industrial lubricants, materials management, data systems, and laboratory services in order to direct subordinates' activities and to assist in problem resolution.
*The ability to build wider regional networks in plus a strong bias for influencing senior management is a pre-requisite
