The Role:
* Responsible for managing Operation Excellence projects that encompass company wide deployment in coordination with Master Black Belt and company Senior Leadership team.
* Responsible for leading teams for continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives.
* In-charge of identification, planning, monitoring, delegation and sourcing on the implementation of continuous improvement action plans and verification of solution effectiveness.
* Responsible on partnership with the site level financial services team to document the financial impact of solutions and maintain all appropriate data within the Operational Excellence project tracking system.
* Drive the company on the implementation of Lean Manufacturing including but not limited to Flow Manufacturing, Line Balancing and Visual Manufacturing.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree (In any field) or higher level educations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Access, word, power point and Visio. Fluency in Microsoft Project is a key advantage.
* Proficient in use of statistical software i.e Minitab, SAS-JMP, etc.
* Experience in applying Lean Six Sigma's DMAIC methodologies or other Project Management discipline in a manufacturing environment. Black Belt and/or Lean Master desired.
* Demonstrated Leadership and Change Management skills.
* Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at all levels of Technical ability and expertise
* Excellent problem solving, continuous improvement and innovation skills.
* Able to work under deadlines and handle multiple and detail-oriented tasks. Capable of leading and/or driving cross-functional teams to accomplish objective.
