My client who supply engineered products and services to a variety of industry applications specialise in delivering structured and bespoke solutions in the safety critical areas of lifting and mechanical handling, cable and pipe lay, and fluid power. They are looking to recruit a Global Parts Sales Specialist on a Permanent/Staff basis.


Implement process improvements and service redesign actions to achieve revenue and margin growth. Manage internal operations and resources for day to day activities and build professional relationships with all stakeholders.


· Communicate the ambition of parts sales group and role model the desired behaviours.

· Govern management of parts information for Companies manufactured cranes and other crane manufactures with the global master data team.

· Govern sourcing and supply of parts information for Companies manufactured cranes and other crane manufactures with the global supply chain team.

· Create and publish parts sales improvements progress register and performance statistics plus other reports to the Global Head of Supply Chain, leadership team and other stakeholders.

· Conduct regular assessment of parts sales activities with the Global Head of Supply Chain to make them best in class by applying suitable actions to achieve optimal and balanced operating structure plus practices, and compliance to processes and procedures.

· Manage optimal performance of assigned people by:

- monitoring routine performance

- undertaking periodic appraisal of team members to identify development needs

- encourage professional development where relevant and offer support for development actions

· Conduct other parts sales duties requested by the Global Head of Supply Chain.


· Previous parts sales and parts records management experience.

· Strong knowledge and familiarity of commercial terms and conditions associated to supply of goods and services.

· Good understanding of supply chain operations.

· Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.

· Excellent communication skills and ability of communicate effectively at different management levels.

· Strong quantitative, analytical and presentation skills.

· Broad range of computer skills-database, spreadsheet and statistical applications.

· Self-directed and highly motivated.
