The Role:
Assist with the coordination of Client's communication efforts externally and internally. This position aids the Investor Relations and Public Relations team in playing a key role for the organizations' reputation with its employees, investors and the general public. Duties and responsibilities broadly support communication efforts towards maintaining a positive image and reputation of the Company as well as increase awareness on its business as a whole

* Develop a new investor presentation in line with other oil and gas companies' collateral.
* Coordinate and edit for marketing and communication vehicles both on and offline, including but not limited to investor presentations, corporate videos, webcasts, newsletters, etc.
* Coordinate and editing of updates & improvements on the corporate website.
* Coordinate of FAQs for/from investors and shareholders.
* Develop & update general and program brochures, media kits, key messages, fact sheets, & other collateral material as needed.
* Coordinate and prepare media outreach & coverage with media releases, TV/radio interviews, feature stories, press conferences, etc.
* Assist with the preparation of materials for the company's Annual General Meeting and Annual Report.
* Review media news on the company and highlight positive and negative news where necessary.
* Coordinate photography for/of events, activities, etc. for use in publications, media, etc. and ensure appropriate releases are signed and filed; maintain graphics & photo files.
* Assist in organizing internal and external corporate events and provide logistical support as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Education:
o BA or higher degree in marketing, public or media relations, communications, or related field, - or demonstrated min. of 2 years' experience in one or more of these areas including investor relations
o Knowledge of upstream oil and gas exploration and production sector from the perspective of an oil company
o Highly organized, attention to detail, results oriented
o Fluency in English language
o Exceptional verbal, written, & presentation skills
o Strong editing skills
o Knowledge of electronic media such as Web sites, e-Newsletters, Social Media, etc.
o Ability to creatively find solutions to challenges
o Ability to anticipate, manage and resolve conflicts
o Team player with desire to interact with people at all levels

* Working experience:
o Min. of 5 years' experience in marketing, public or media relations, communications, investor relations or related field within the upstream oil and gas exploration and production sector
o International work experience
