The Role:
Location: South Rumaila HQ, Iraq
% Travel: 50% to Basra
Duration: Short term assignment comprising of 6 cycles of the standard 28/28 rotational schedule
The IT&C's vision is "to drive the digital modernisation of the Oilfield" through:
* Establishing a robust, resilient, cost-effective and secure platform of foundational IT services in telecommunications, computing and applications
* Increasingly focus our efforts on creating business value through using digital technology to add production, improve efficiency and solve problems

Reporting into the IT&C Service Desk Delivery Manager, an experienced Digital Productivity Coach and Trainer is required to develop and grow our user Digital Productivity Coaching offer and capability to underpin our Digital Transformation.

Key Accountabilities
* Design and implement a coaching development programme to grow our inhouse user digital productivity coaching capabilities
* Further develop our existing digital productivity coaching offers, i.e., within our drop-in Service Desk and identify & implement new digital productivity coaching offers, such as, floor walking, lunch and learns, AV and key meeting support, online/API digital productivity implementation, etc.
* Design, create and implement Digital Productivity user materials (guides, one pagers, etc.) and an 'information hub' to provide a one stop, easily accessible, intuitive user material repository
* Provide coaching, mentoring and support to Digital Productivity Coaching Team members
* Work with M&T (Modernization and Transformation) community and IT&C Leadership to develop Productivity Coaching offers for existing and under development Digital offers

Criteria & Qualifications
Essential:
* Minimum of 10 years coaching and training experience with demonstratable team leadership experience
* Strong 'industry common' digital product knowledge, including:
o MS Product suite - Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint and Teams
o Social Media
o Potential API usage to improve customer experience
o iPhone and Smart Phone
o Audio Visual technologies
* Demonstratable experience of being able to develop and provide training and coaching offerings for bespoke applications and technologies
* Excellent communication skills including fluency in English
* Good analytical skills
* Proactive thinking - the ability to come up with options and solutions
* Good attention to detail
* Strong Influencing skills
* Delivery focused
* Willing to challenge and be challenged
* Motivating, positive, energetic, helpful
* Leads by example
* Demonstrates strong stakeholder empathy
Desirable
* Arabic proficiency both written and oral
