The Role:
Fircroft are seeking a Movements & logistics Coordinator for a contract position to be based in Iraq

Location: Iraq
Rotation: 28x28
Accommodation/Flights: Provided
Day Rate: TBC

Co-ordination of all travel and visa related requirements for personnel travelling into and out of country with a Level 1 travel risk rating. Processing rotation travel requests for agency staff and contractors, carrying out compliancy checks and allocating seats on APTs for movements to and from Basra airport.
Management of the Iraq Visa Team, coordinating the processing of all requirements to process entry/exit visas and ensure immigration compliancy requirements. Close liaison with the Iraq Travel Lead and Travel Team in the UK, Sunbury office and the Visa Manager in Baghdad, providing the link to communicate policy and procedure changes, ensuring implementation and adherence.
Review travel requests and ensure continued compliancy with mandatory travel pre-requisites certificates .
Processing Armed Protection Team (APT) bookings in line with commercial flight requests.
Daily forecasting of movements for travel inbound and outbound of Iraq, providing reports to Security for APT allocations and access control requirements.
Single point of contact (Iraq based) for all travel related queries, problems and day to day airport related movement requirements.
24hr Emergency contact for all inbound travellers worldwide
Act as the POB Coordinator for the Incident Management Team (IMT) as and when required.
Act as the POB Coordinator in ad hoc muster operations.
Liaison with stakeholders in emergency situations; assisting Security, Chief of Staff, IMT and Travel Lead.
Work with key stakeholders including Travel Management Company (TMC) and contracted Contingent Labour Agencies for travel approvals, adjustments and emergency action.
Assessing all issued visas for accuracy and compliancy, identifying errors and rectifying as required.
Private Charter bookings requiring multi destination coordination.
Electronic database management for all personnel profiles, ensuring links between flight arrivals and departures are managed and maintained for Person on Board (POB) accountability reports.
Accountable for all personnel's passports submitted for blood and visa processing.
Responsible for identifying specific requirements for blood tests and visa types and advising on achievable timescales for completion, to enable individuals to carry out site based work and depart country within scheduled visits.
Maintain electronic personal files for all personnel's visas recording key information in a database for accountability and submission for Ministry of Interior auditing.
Manage the Iraqi Visa Team ensuring sufficient cover is provided during holidays/sick periods to mitigate impact on blood and visa processing timescales.
Provide Line Manager and personal development support to the Iraq Visa Team.
Assist in the coordination of medical evacuations as required by the Medical department.
Provide support to HQ Reception staff on a daily basis for Vantage profile updates and accommodation allocations.
Travel knowledge & experience in an offshore/offsite facility
