The Role:
Duties will include:

* Develop appropriate work breakdown structure for the project and understand the interfaces.
* Develop project execution plans to ensure a clear definition of the scope. The goals of the project, key drivers and final requirements. Responsibilities for the elements of the scope; companies and individual positions if required.
* Project schedule initiation, ability to identify key project milestones, able to develop a level one schedule from key project information. Work with planning team to produce a full project schedule identifying critical path, time lines, interdependencies and milestones.
* Implement a stakeholder management plan, identify all the stakeholders, understand the drivers of each, and the risks associated. Work with stakeholders to minimise the impact the project.
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and vendors.
* Develop a risk management plan ensuring risk are managed through the lifecycle of the project.
* Develop an interface management plan identifying the all the potential interfaces, type of information that may be required and a mechanism to reduce interface risks. Manage the identified interfaces.
* Produce communication plans, identifying what information required, responsible for producing, recipients, frequency and mode of transmission (document management system).
* Monitoring and tracking the project status, through schedules approved budgets, risk management, change management.
* Progress reporting by bringing together the key data and presenting in an easy to read documents.
* Prepare a change management plan, identifying how changes will be accepted on the project, identify the impact of the change and required levels of authority required dependent upon the impact.
* Work with operations to assess the SimOps and prepare an outline plan.
* Seek areas for improvement and analyse benefits and complications in advance of implementation.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
An engineering degree from an internationally recognised university.
Demonstrable experience in a project management / delivery role.
