The Role:
Role Synopsis

The Team Lead (TL) would a member of the Performance Team. The TL supports the Well Discipline Engineers to deliver reliable well equipment; this support is provided through the application of quality assurance activities for:
* Manufacture, inspection, test and servicing of Wells well equipment (drilling, completion and intervention), including in-country surveillance and sign off manufactured product
* The provision of rental equipment (for wells) and associated servicing
* Handling, transportation, storage and preservation of product of well equipment

The TL is responsible for:
* Confirming that the equipment identify QA requirements would be in compliance with GWO specifications and API standards, practices and processes and that the given requirements are met by the suppliers
* Ensuring implementation and compliance with the Wells common processes
* Identifying opportunities to deliver continuous improvement in equipment quality, including process efficiency, and implementing improvements
* Provide supporting technical data and industry references for compliance to engineering queries pertaining to quality to support the operational teams
* Data reporting and analysis of the team's performance
* Coach and mentoring reporting QA Engineers
* Self-verification oversight of SQP and QCP program

Key Accountabilities

Review and evaluation of supplier proposals:
* Evaluating suppliers' QA/QC proposals in bids, pre/post tenders, start-up deployment and making recommendations based on findings
* Ensuring review and evaluate supplier proposals, e.g. service quality plans, to ensure compliance with requirements and Wells Team expectations

* Collaborating with the Equipment Quality Specialist (EQS) to ensure TPI Service providers are in place for access to competent surveillance inspectors if and when required
* Assisting with the EQS in overseeing surveillance inspection activities
* Ensuring an effective system is in place for storage and retrieval of technical documentation applicable to quality assurance agreed QCP and SQP's, including concession and deviation records, NIB Inspection Reports and Inspection Release Notes
* Ensuring that there is an effective system in place for identifying and addressing supplier / contractor non-conformances and corrective actions
* Collaborating with PSCM for the measurement of supplier performance when required
* Liaising with PSCM and Well Engineering's with supplier audits and provision of EQS participation as required
* Conduct engineered equipment root cause analysis and risk reduction initiatives associated with equipment field failures and conformance and compliance issues
* Oversight of CoC's and traceable of products were documentation would be retained

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications Key Skills:
* Competent knowledge of well construction, completion, and well intervention operations and equipment
* Competent knowledge of APIQ2/Q1 management systems and have audited management systems
* Ability to reference international industry standards e.g. API 6A, 5CT, 16A, OEM proprietary equipment and threads to provide technical information and support to the requesting teams
* Auditing skills, working knowledge of ISO 19001 and reporting writing
* Demonstrates staying on task and goal setting
* Scheduling job tasks to maximize team utilization
* A self-motivator, ability to establish and communicate clear priorities and to influence others to support and act on those priorities with clear positive feedback
* Demonstrates HSE leadership
* Ability to participate in failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) reviews
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

* 15 Years relevant experience, within the Oil/Ga
