The Role:
1. Support during month end closure activities which includes forecast and actuals reporting for cost centers and projects
2. Verifications of all vendors / third parties invoices (including in SAP)
3. Local payment preparations
4. Interface to external consultant for reports as per legislation
5. Invoices to customer including of all associated tasks to be managed before/during and after invoicing
6. Support in the entire purchasing process
7. Support in setting up new Business Partner
8. Continues support of the projects and the team wherever/whenever required
9. Any other support for adhoc/special tasks.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* 3+ years' experience in the oil and gas or power generation industries.
* A good command of the English language; both written and oral communication is essential.
* Excellent communicator both verbally and written at all levels, internally and externally.
* Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must.
* Attention to details, and high quality standards.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinker.
* Results driven.
* Customer focused.
* Team working.
