The Role:
The Senior Contracts Manager will be required to develop a collaborative working relationship with the EPC Contractor to support success for both LNGC & the EPC.
Strong HSSE leadership focus demonstrating passion & knowledge
Solid contract management will be essential to deliver required performance & comply with contract on behalf of both parties, demonstrating transparency & open communications on meeting requirements.
This role is fully integrated within the Project management team based in various locations, with direct C&P functional reporting.

Skills & Requirements:
* An experienced professional, familiar with contracting roles on major capital projects.
* Strong preference for an individual that has excellent relationship skills, leadership qualities in managing contractors and has worked on major Canadian Projects.
* Ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:
* Minimum of 10 years Contracting and Procurement experience
* Application of contracting and procurement processes and tools
* Project contract management & governance
* Strong commercial acumen / awareness, demonstrated by negotiations and large contract savings * Managing internal and external stakeholders
* Effective communications at all levels of management both internally and externally
* Comprehensive understanding of CP & PS05 in a major project context
* Creative thinker capable of developing innovative solutions and a motivated self-starter with a track record of delivery to project demands
* Applied knowledge of effective local content development
* Experience of working in mega project environments
* Understanding of strategic, technical, legal, finance, taxation and commercial issues, able to cope with complexity and uncertainty
* CP professional competencies at Skill or above, Business, Engineering or Quantity Surveying degree, or equivalent
