The Role:
Job Responsibilities:
*Ensure the efficient operation of All HSEQ systems and processes related to Project, Thailand and Corporate Offices.
*Custodian of the Documents and Procedures Process.
*Plan and execute all Project Health, Safety, Environment and Quality annual training program.
*To manage all documents, audits, reporting, actions, presentations, training related to Corporate HSEQ systems.
*To be an active member of the Emergency Response team to support the Client and in the event of any Emergency. To Manage and plan all HSEQ related training course and maintain records on safety training for the continued safe operation of Field.
*To Manage and plan all the offshore crew Competency related Training and Assessments and maintain the main competency records for the continued safe operation of Field.
*To continually review and update legal register on and changes in Thailand Statutory regulations related to all offshore work, Labour laws, Government legal statements.
*Ensure that Daily and Monthly Reports are properly and timely distributed and respond and effectively close out any HSEQ issues.
*Ensure that back-ups of HSEQ / Crew Competency sensitive data, information and/or programs are secured.
*Undertake all other duties as documented in the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Management System (HSEQ MS). Undertake and maintain all Thailand Business Management System Documents.
*Maintain and update complete records of all personnel related to Safety and other HSEQ issues but not limited to, family information, health records, formal and HSEQ training certificates, licenses.
*Be informed of company employment rules to relate with and HSEQ matters reference as well as for emergency secured/situation.
*Ensure that the Bangkok office visitors complete the induction presentation and are fully aware of the office emergency evacuation plan.
*To communicate with Operations Manager any office related safety matters.
*To provide and update all the emergency information / telephone contact directory.
*Provide HSEQ input to project bids, contracts and sub-contracts as appropriate. To conduct scheduled offshore and site visit as per the HSEQ annual plan.
*To provide a focal point for HSEQ related matters reference Project specific requirements. Ensure that the group HSEQ requirements are clearly communicated to all Thailand Staff and audited accordingly.
*Cooperate with Operations Manager on a day to day bases on all HSEQ subjects.
*Cooperate with HSEQ Department on a day to day bases on all HSEQ subjects.
*Cooperate with the Client and other institutions on all HSEQ subjects.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor of Science (B.sc) in Occupation Health, Safety & Environment or equivalent or related fields.
*At least 5 years experience in related field. Offshore experience is an advantage.
*Excellent written and spoken English with computer proficiency.
*Experience in Managing or working in the offshore Oil and Gas Related Industry Projects.
*Extensive knowledge on Thailand's regulations, Oil and gas related laws and code of practices.
*Must be in possession of a valid Offshore Training, HUET / BOSIET Certificate.
*Must be in possession of a valid Offshore Medical Certificate.
