The Role:
Effectively lead the sales community across all ASEAN markets to drive and deliver operational sales efficiency, effective go-to market and customer management strategy design and implementation and digitization and integration of internal and external sales and customer facing processes.
- Ensures competency development and improvement across the ASEAN sales community
-Lead the digital transformation across the ASEAN region both internally and externally
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Master Degree in Agricultural, Business Management or related field
* Good command English, both speaking and written.
* Minimum 5-10 years' experience in Sales and Marketing in the local crop protection market or other agriculture related business
* At least 5 years' leadership experience
* Strong agricultural background and a deep understanding of the Value Chains in Agriculture is a must
