The Role:
Work with the ASEAN Local Business Manager (LBM) / Regional and Global Segment / Product Management / Tech Marketing / other functions to ensure market and specific customer needs are adequately captured, addressed and converted into strategic and commercial values in Thailand, Myanmar and Laos for EVA and EVO.
Support the business with existing and new accounts (RKA & distributors) for the entire EVJ range in the Thailand, Myanmar and Laos.
As Account Manager, manage highlighted accounts such as Automotive Global Key Accounts (GKA) OEMs (BMW, Mercedes, Ford, etc) as well as GKA Mineral Oil Accounts such as Shell, as well as key regional accounts such as PTT, Bangchak, etc. in the countries assigned to.
Develop and implement the strategy for Aftermarket for Automotive Fluids (EVA) for Thailand, Myanmar and Laos. Develop the Aftermarket for Automotive Fluids (EVA) from scratch incl. the set-up of a toller/blender, distribution channel & network with Thailand acting as the hub for ASEAN. Support the other ASEAN countries in this context.
Drive the business development at country level to ensure consistent and correct implementation of agreed strategies, strategic initiatives, policies and practices such as pricing, product and market management / developments.
Structure and monitor the result of sales and distribution channels in Thailand, Myanmar and Laos with consideration of the agreed strategies / KPIs to optimize profit margin and market shares.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree holder in chemistry / Science or equivalent.
5 years or more of relevant experiences incl. hands on sales experience
Knowledge of Automotive Fluids, Fuel Additives, Polyisobutylene, Refinery Chemicals, and Jet fuels preferred.
Understanding of the Fuel and Automotive industry is a must.
Solid experience in Sales combined with strong interpersonal skills.
Good command of spoken & written English, knowledge and experience with computer systems and software, reporting etc.
