The Role:
Drive Business growth of the key industries : Textile, C A S E etc:
* Plan and maintain customers relationships, and meet Business targets ie Net sales, cCM1, Volume etc for by Negotiating with customers/calling and visiting existing/prospective customers to understand and identify their needs to create a long-term customer supplier relationship
* Response to customer request on Application, product information, technical support via coordination with technical/ customer services/ logistic personnel to establish a communication with customer to ensure sales for products.
* Service to solve customer complaint and maintain high level of customer satisfaction
* Implement New Business development to capture new business opportunities.
* Draft proposal on sales and marketing, Application/technical solutions to customers and ensure account strategies are exploited consistently. Research, identify and develop existing and potential customer portfolio
* Consolidate and analyze data on Industry, customer needs, including product application, services requirements, buying cycles, delivery schedules and internal regulations like pricing structure for defined, customer credibility/ profiles to help secure/enhance business opportunities and identify future customers
* Understand customer's profile/needs/ problems of key accounts as well as distributors
Support for sales performance/strategies :
* Coordinate with technical services, Regional Industry marketing to provide valued added solutions and supports, services to accounts with the objective to influence selling potential
* Develop strong customer relationships over time that provide significant inputs to planning company product, price and service strategies and share relevant information into the given systems
* Consolidate data on customer needs, including product application, sales potentials, services requirements, buying cycles, delivery schedules and internal business rules/process such as pricing structure (CSP) for defined customers
* Contribute to preparation of Account Plan, Annual Planning and other Long Term Planning etc. to help secure business opportunities and identify future customers.
Contract and payment receivable management:
* Coordinate with customer services, logistics and inventory control to support the delivery of sales contracts. Carry out pricing and payment policies as per strategies and advise given by Product Manager and Business Manager and update database of customer creditability according to company credit policies
* Trace the customers' payment process to ensure timely payment of receivables to meet established sales targets and revenue goals by monitoring company's KPIs.
Market intelligence :
* Collect data to establish a database to obtain, update, maintain and evaluate Industries / market trends, the application of products/ technology and service needs, etc. in order to support identifying new business opportunities. Conduct initial analyses as necessary and requested.
* Collect market data to develop competitor grid and benchmarking on competitors' positioning and the performance of their competitive products.
* Share understanding of industry trends and technical development with Technical Service and Regional Industry Marketing team
* Up-to-date local regulation as well as international regulations where related to customer business
Report and project handling :
* Provide timely reports to supervisor/ team members and complete special assignment from direct supervisor.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master Degree in any field, preferably in Chemistry Science/Engineering and Pharmaceutical.
* Minimum 5 years in Sales or Technical within Chemical or related Industry ie Textile, C A S E, Emulsion polymerization.
* Good command of English
* Strong service mid and customer responsiveness
