The Role:
Sales Manager - Malaysia
The Role:

- The successful candidate should have experience in Technical Selling and value engineering
- You will manage the day-to-day sales activities in Malaysia, working closely with the Regional Business Development Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Marketing team to increase market penetration and sales
- This role would also need to foster strong professional relationships with key specifiers as structural engineers, main contractors, property developers and participants in the logistics industry


- Monitor and report sales performance and process
- Drive and achieve sales targets through accurate market understanding
- Introduce the client's range of services to potential customers in Malaysia
- Negotiate and convert sales opportunities into deals
- Assist in the hand over of secured deals to Operations team
- Develop good long-term relationships with existing customers


- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Construction related degree
- 5+ years of technical sales experience in the construction industry or logistics industry, with a strong emphasis on specification selling, or service providers favoured
- 2+ years of sales management or sales lead experience
- Experience based in Malaysia
