The Role:
Analysing, and engaging the Project activities with respect to the RoK legislative and regulatory requirements that
impact operations.
 Advises on opportunities to optimize permitting and regulatory compliance activities/resources (TPD, EIA,
applications, etc.).
 Investigates process flow assurance issues, process control queries, updating operating procedures and system
optimization and troubleshooting. Reports findings to the PRC Manager. Contributes to best practices, new
technologies and knowledge sharing to leverage improved functional responsiveness for the Project Team.
 Delivers process engineering support related to operations and commissioning of the project facilities. Carries
out Process Engineering activities in accordance with applicable HSE practices and procedures.
 Builds routine relationships with different internal and external parties such as operations, environmental
permitting, discipline engineering, integrated service contractors, vendors and engineering specialists from co
venture partners.
 Supports reviews of permitting application documentation including TEO, PreEIA, TPDs, EIAs, and operating
procedures. Reviews project environmental performance, licensing and reporting
 Ensuring that the resources and infrastructure necessary to execute compliance management are timely identified
and emplaced.
 Ensuring that the requirements of RoK technical law, rules and regulations related to production and maintenance
activities are fully identified, communicated and verified to be executed in the operative work processes of both
Project and its contractors.
 Providing management input to all required Plans, Procedures, Work Instructions and other administrative tools
necessary for implementation of the Project Compliance Management System.
 Coordinating the work activities related to RoK Reporting, Licenses/ Permits/ Approvals support, Certification.
 Coordinating with Project Teams to ensure consistent and comprehensive joint effort in Permitting and Licensing
of operational activities.
 Demonstrate a positive and pro-active commitment to HSE through the personal application of safety critical
behaviours.
 Applying Company HSE Policies & Management System Requirements.
 Supporting/ Participating in Emergency Drills and Exercises as required.
 Engage and work effectively across all departments, influence senior management through direct contact and
operate across a wide range of cultures demonstrating leadership strengths of pragmatism, resiliency,
collaboration, and passion, including a sense of urgency and focus on bottom line results;
 Continually seek to improve ways of working to improve performance and to improve value delivery to projects
