The Role:
* Higher Technical Education preferably in an operations or engineering discipline. Other disciplines can be considered if supported by relevant Oil & Gas Industry planning experience.
* 3 years working in the Oil & Gas Industry in an operations and maintenance environment.
* Experience of the relevant planning processes; operations readiness, project to Asset, Start-up, Integrated activity planning, functional planning (e.g. maintenance, engineering, organizational transition etc.), with experience in one of these.
* Experience of managing scope change pressures.
* Dealing with People: establishes focus, fosters teamwork, influences others, diagnostic information gatherer, manages change / performance, communicates effectively, builds collaborative relationships, customer orientated.
* Dealing with Business: analytical and forward thinker, results orientated, decisive.
* Self Management: self confident, credible, flexible.
* Good fluency in spoken & written english
