The Role:
1. Project Design / Execution: Well Delivery Lead - Front-end is responsible for coordinating the maturation of the wells scope through to final Concept Select and pre-FEED endorsement (ODR2) for the integrated (approx. 60 wells total) offshore Development project in the Caspian Sea (Republic of Kazakhstan).The reporting line will be to the Development Mgr and the main responsibility will be the coordination to deliver safe, credible, competitive, and affordable front-end Wells development plans, with full integration of the wells scope between disciplines (drilling, logistics, subsurface, surface, HSE, C&P) across the two JV's asset teams.

2. HSSE: Responsible for integrating HSSE in the design, procedures and execution of well work on wells scope. Actively promote HSSE and Sustainable Development in all activities and ensure compliance with business principles for each JV's. Ensure the coordination of a successful delivery of a joint field Well Control Contingency Plan, including Relief Well Strategy and Emergency Response Plan.

3. Well Delivery Plan / Assurance: Accountable for the deliverables of the Wells projects controls assurance plan. Responsible for the application of appropriate standards and for ensuring timely endorsement of the proposed conceptual Wells plans by the relevant Technical Authority / Stakeholders (Authority / JV Partners) following each respective JV's Wells discipline assurance framework.

4. Performance: Responsible for delivering detailed cost & schedule estimates with view to optimize synergy savings from integration of scope & design harmonization across the two assets / scopes. Deliver world-class design/execution performance by embedding the Technical Limit methodology as the way of working and implementing use of a standardized Well Delivery Process. Successful candidate is expected to champion these processes and drive operational excellence. Perform benchmarking to demonstrate credibility / competitiveness of the proposed plans and closely track performance improvement plans and staircase of opportunities maturation as project moves through Pre-FEED into FEED with ODR2 to be taken end Q1 2019. Actively drive the identification, development and implementation of new technologies as required.

5. C&P: Ensure successful delivery of Joint Project Contract & Procurement (C&P) Plans for the Wells scope, including necessary engagements to gain regulatory (RoK) approval for each respective PSA's. Maintain close contact with contractors for wells related scope equipment & services and prepare tender documentations as required, in line with C&P plan.

6. Logistics / Interface mgt.: Ensure successful delivery of an integrated Joint Logistics plan with suitable bridging document to define operational protocol across fields as required.

7.Stakeholder management: Successful candidates need to be fully versed with JV environments with multiple stakeholder interfaces (CoV Partners), complex communication lines and challenging regulatory environment. Reporting line will be to the Development Mgr. with a very close working relationship with the Drilling Director as well as the various Ops. & support functions within the client.

8. Individual Goals and Performance: Develop annual personal performance review/management documents including performance contracts, individual development plans and goals and performance appraisals.
