The Role:
Asset Integrity Engineer
Description
This position provides asset integrity expertise to the development and implementation of the SERIP Asset Integrity Management processes within Global Upstream (GU). The incumbent will work collaboratively across multiple organizations to provide asset integrity expertise to identify needs, prioritize efforts, and/or train business unit individuals and teams in their efforts to deploy the Asset Integrity Management Process. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
* Work collaboratively across multiple organizations to provide asset integrity and reliability expertise to identify needs, prioritize efforts, and/or train business unit individuals and teams in their efforts to deploy the Upstream Asset Integrity Management Process.
* Work effectively and cooperatively as a team member with a wide variety of internal and external peers and clients.
* General Project Management of ETC AIM contributions;
* Facilitate, or participate, in initial kick off workshops to define scope for engagement;
* Develop BU Procedures for AIM, in accordance with SERIP requirements;
* Facilitate, or participate, in workshops to assess equipment criticality;
* Develop integrity critical equipment register;
* Develop, or facilitate, ITPM Plans for IC equipment;
* Develop, or facilitate, acceptance criteria for ITPM plans
* Adapts well to customer needs and expectations.
* Works independently with minimal supervision.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Preferably in Mechanical
* Minimum of 10 years related experience in a refining or petrochemical plant environment
* Strong background in reliability and integrity technology and processes, particularly Asset Integrity Management, and Asset Risk Management, or equivalent. Experience working with operating processes, equipment and materials of construction is a plus
* Strong background in reliability and integrity technology and processes, particularly Asset Integrity Management, and Asset Risk Management, or equivalent.
* Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
* Knowledge of regulatory and industry requirements regarding Asset Integrity such as the CCPS guidelines and Process Safety regulations. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are required
* Knowledge of regulatory and industry requirements regarding Asset Integrity such as the CC
