The Role:
You will lead a team of Property Portfolio Managers to deliver day-to-day asset and property management for a defined element of the assigned property portfolio. You will be responsible for growing revenues across the portfolio through the identification of new commercial opportunities. You will assure lease compliance with statutory legislation, best practice and professional principles. You will develop influential and positive relationship with customers and across the business, working alongside a complex internal and external client group.

* Lead, develop and manage a team of high performing Property Portfolio Managers.
* Contribute to the success of the Property team by developing and implementing asset management strategies that grow revenue and improve profitability.
* Efficiently manage the portfolio, promote available business space and instigate opportunities for business development.
* Fulfill budgetary targets and company obligations.
* Responsible for Fire, H&S, Security, Energy and Environmental compliance by tenants.
* Manage strategic relationships with Property customers and local stakeholders across the portfolio.
* Support the Property Portfolio Managers in the negotiation of agreements and contracts as required.
* Provide final sign off on all agreements subject to appropriate delegated authority level.
* Ensure letting information and data is accurately held on relevant system and record keeping is in line with Company policy.
* Provide support to enable annual asset valuations to be undertaken.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* RICS certification desirable.
* Proven experience in managing complex property portfolios.
* Previous people management experience.
* Experience in statutory HSSE and contractual compliance.
* Experience in managing and preparing budgets.
* Advanced negotiations skills and strong customer focus.
* Positive attitude, resilience and persistence to deliver.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required and candidate must be computer literate.
