The Role:
Responsibilities:
* Develop project plans, scope, goals and deliverables
* Manage and coordinate with client, architect and consultants during the design development stage
* Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
* Prepare, review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
* Visit construction sites and attend subcontractor progress meetings in order to have working knowledge of current project status and issues
* Project evaluations and assessment of results
* Prepare and manage project changes, budgets, qualities and timelines, and ensure effective implementation of the internal change management processes
* Prepare and provide necessary briefings to the Project Director and Company Management in regard to the performance of the project in terms of schedule, quality, risk and cost
* Prepare and provide briefings to the Project Director in regard to all material matters relating to the administration of services contract including change and variation management as well as Extension of Time
* Prepare, edit and approve monthly reports to Client, and attend to necessary project related reporting in meetings and events by the Client
* Prepare and manage fee control and reporting including invoicing and cash flow management as well as Final Account
* Arrange and manage value management workshops and risk management workshops
* Liaise with other business lines, if necessary and coordinate the works, in particular to Ethics & Compliance as well as Health & Safety protocols
* Ensure that all internal procedures and controls are fully complied with

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management / Construction Management or any other relevant qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in managing commercial and/or residential construction projects, preferably with either Developer, Consultancy, Main Contractor and/or Government Agencies
* Strong knowledge of construction industry preferably in Thailand
* Knowledge in Programming & Scheduling, Risk Management, Environment Health and Safety Plan and ISO documentation
* Possess strong English written and verbal communications abilities
* Practical knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, and Word. Experience in preparing proposal and project status report
* Independent and able to work in high pressure environment
* Good leadership and interpersonal skills in managing a team of site personnel, contractors and sub-contractors
