Required skills:
Maintenance expert
20 years experience in Plant Maintenance in manufacturing companies
Good understanding of international standards for Maintenance
Ability to understand current maintenance practices, identify gaps and suggest improvements
Leverage knowledge and experience to challenge client teams on their practices and make them adopt better, optimized maintenance practices
Demonstrate solid understanding of how key metrics can be used to measure, monitor and improve Maintenance performance
Knowledge of automation and its use in improving Maintenance is good.
