The Role:
Job Responsibilities:
* Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications.
* Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
* Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
* Basic computer and operating system knowledge
* Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
* Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
* Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
* Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
* Ability to read and write the Arabic language.
* Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
* Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
* ITIL V3 foundation or Intermediate certified Experience;
* Valid Driving license
