The Role:
**This role will require the candidate to travel offshore, offshore certs are a must along with Fabric Maintenance experience is essential. Please state in your CV these details.**

1 Provide a competent & proactive service to onshore and offshore asset personnel to ensure that health & safety requirements are fully understood and risks, controls & mitigations identified and put in place in a timely, economical and effective fashion.

2 Work collaboratively with our clients to influence and drive HSE performance improvement on their assets.

3 Support onshore and offshore teams with HSE issues / concerns e.g. roll out of procedures, incident reporting requirements, coaching etc.

4. Ensure that key management system documents are developed, implemented, reviewed and updated as required.

6 In collaboration with the Snr QHSE Adviser, establish regular monthly HSE and quarterly performance review meetings with Operational teams, communicate issues and monitor associated actions as appropriate.

7.Monitor and report upon H&S performance associated with operated asset facilities e.g. observation cards /active monitoring processes.

8. Ensure relevant findings from incidents / audits associated with operated assets are recorded in MISL systems as required, monitor and report on management of H&S corrective / preventative actions.

9. Undertake offshore site audits, assurance visits, incident investigations and awareness programmes,as required. Support inspection visits as required.

10.Liaise with government agencies and industry bodies as required.

11.Support and deliver emergency response roles as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience and Skills

* NEBOSH Certificate / Diploma or equivalent experience required
* Auditing experience desirable
* Incident investigation training . lead investigator level desirable
* BOSIET/FOET, MIST and Offshore Medical


Essential Skills / Qualifications:

* Oil and gas experience is essential.
* Experience of Operations Support essential.
* Knowledge (e.g. systems, software, procedures, regulations):

A working knowledge of:-
* Regulatory HSE reporting requirements in UKCS
* Understanding of onshore emergency preparedness and response
* Understanding of Business Continuity Management
* Incident Investigation
* Good working knowledge of MS Office - Word and Excel
