The Role:
Working in close collaboration with the HSSE Manager, provide security services and generals services support for the company's activities in the Republic of Chad, in a sound Q&HSE manner.

Security
* Implement site security and emergency preparedness plans and procedures to reinforce the security of assets and operations in the oil fields area;
* Supervise the implementation of approved plans and the application of preventive measures, solutions and remedies to identified threats and security weaknesses;
* Verify the application of company's standards to the security apparatus of contractors working on the Project;
* Conduct security surveys on project sites, as required;
* Investigate security incidents as required;
* Carry out security related liaison activities with Regional civil and military authorities.
* Coordinates activities of gendarmes or troops assigned by the Chadian Government to provide security for Project personnel, property and activities, as necessary;
* Ensuring that the local security is present on location;
* Prepare the Security company monthly time sheet is correct;

General Services
* Supervising the performance of service contractors to ensuring they provide the expected service as mentioned in the contract.
* Handling the verification of invoices, issue of PR, Call-off and Service Entry in EAM;
* Handling the verification of camp accommodation request and travel requests on Nomadis system;
* Insure vehicle and drivers management;
* Ensuring that office and camp equipment are properly maintained;
* Prepare office supplies in a timely manner due to delays, including office furniture
* Ensuring that the CIS Meals and POB are up to date, verification one a week;
* Register this data on the CIS trackers supplied by London on a daily basis;
* Preparing work request for camp maintenance via EAM/CMMS;
* Preparing and verifying the monthly time sheets for vehicle location, and driver's time sheets;
* Ensuring that the vehicle tacker are up to date with the necessary data;
* Ensuring that vehicle serving is done as required;
* Assist at Flight arrivals and departure at Moundou airport.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 5 to 10 years in a responsible position within a law enforcement, Private security, military;
* Crisis management in hostile area;
* Sound knowledge of the African context;
* Experience of camp or facility management would be a plus
* French and English Spoken and Written (both languages essential)
* Computer skill, use of Word - Excel MS Office.
