The Role:
* Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
* A recognized degree or equivalent professional qualifications in maritime management.
Minimum Experience:
* 5 years of sea experience as Operations Superintendent and working on offshore support vessels
* 3 years of shore experience in superintendent role
Job-Specific Skills:
* Excellent Knowledge of offshore support vessels, to guide the movement of the fleet
* Organization of work planning
* In order to fulfil the requirements of this position, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualities: * Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team or crews * At least 5 years management experience * Understanding of key maritime regulatory regimes * Proven experience in roistering and effective resource allocation * Proven experience in developing daily work plans with clear time frames * Proven experience coordinating and planning projects * Strong leadership and communication skills * Team player * A strong understanding and commitment to safety * Successful candidates may be required to undergo a medical and/or police check.
Good communication & organization skills
Computer knowledge in Excel, Word & Power Point
Good organizational skills
Excellent English language
