The Role:
- Location: Vietnam (Thanh Hoa, refinery site)
- Division: Maintenance - Reliability Engineering Section
- Reporting to: Electrical Leader
- Contract Duration: 2 years (40 hours per week work schedule)
- Mob/demob economy flights + 2 annual return flights, free accommodation and transport to/from work are provided my the client

The Electrical Advisor is responsible to supervise the electrical maintenance activities and to support commissioning activities, to perform trouble shooting and root cause analysis for failure of electrical equipment in accordance with established operating procedures, vendor operation and maintenance manuals, and written and oral instruction from Electrical Leader of Reliability and Engineering Section.
-Responsible to provide support services to the Maintenance Division and to supervise and mentor the less experienced engineers in the group.
-Provide technical support and expertise in an effort to maintain reliable electrical equipment and system for the refinery.
-Monitor and evaluate the electrical equipment and system for anomalies and deficiencies, and make recommendations to adjust or repair.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Min. 10 years experiences in petroleum / petrochemical plant.
A bachelor's degree in electrical or equivalent
Knowledgeable with maintenance and operation for electrical equipment and system such as: Generators, Transformers, Switchgear/MCC, UPS& Batteries, Motors, Variable Speed Drives, Power Management System, Cathodic Protection System, Electric Heat Tracing System, etc.
