The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Advisor, who is capable to advise and evaluate the reliability of mechanical equipment, stationary equipment and piping mainly. Especially on how to do maintenance planning and prepare the job plan, spare part for mechanical task. And most foremost importantly to maintain a stability and reliability of piping and static equipment.

Key Responsibilities
* Responsible to provide support services to Maintenance Division and to advice the less experienced engineer in the divisions.
* Provide support technical guidance for reliability & maintenance data by accessing data history for accuracy and compliance with reliability best practices.
* Advice teams to handle and find solutions to equipment chronicle problems.
* Assist to develop proactive RCM and FMECA analysis for critical equipment based on operating condition that be expected Maintenance work in the future.
* Catch up confirmation RBI (Technical Div. Inspection) result and future plan, and after consider/consolidate optimise Maintenance plan as "Planned Work".
* Advice failure investigation for critical equipment, generate reports, actions logs and follow-up in their closure.
* Guide, direct and motivate the less experienced engineers and operators including setting education and training and assessing their performance in association with their superior and the Human Resources Section.
* Cooperate with other department for static equipment and piping system defect solving

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
1. Minimum Degree in Mechanical or equivalent
2. Experience required minimum 10 years in relevant section of Refinery with prior experience in industrial plant, and engaged in actual field operation for 2 year which includes not only routine operation but also trouble-shooting, trial operation, preparation for daily and turnaround maintenance, commissioning of units and plants.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
1. Advance knowledge in refinery or petrochemical processes and equipment.
2. At least, has knowledge of applicable Codes, Standards, Government Acts, & Local Authority Regulations.
3. Write reports and design packages to enable implementation of engineering recommendations.
