The Role:
Our Client is urgently sourcing for a Senior Refinery Project Engineer to work in their "Live Plant" for 24 months. They are looking for someone to sit in the Asset Integrity team and handle in-house projects up to 5 (five) Mil USD.

Contract duration: 2 years
Working schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
Benefits: accommodation, economy class flights twice a year, local transport (shuttle bus), medical insurance, 20 days paid annual leave per year
Annual salary: USD 48,000 - 60,000 per year after the local taxes.

The refinery has been in Commercial Operation since December 2018. The successful candidate will also be responsible to plan and execute the project in the refinery. Duties include supporting the refinery in the field of petroleum / petrochemical process engineering covering all aspects from conceptual design, through detailed engineering, day-to-day activities, and long-term performance improvements. The candidate also have to be proficient in safe operations of process units, including familiarity with process safety elements such as MOCs, HAZOPs and behavioural safety.

Candidates with strong working experience in "Live Plant", with a minimum of 10 years of experience in petroleum / petrochemical process design and operation are encouraged to apply for this role.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent
- Knowledgeable with process design, process operation and have the experience in detailed engineering studies that includes economic analyses, process simulations, and project-related activities.
- Proficiency in safe operations of process units, including familiarity with process safety elements such as MOCs, HAZOPs and behavioral safety.
- Experience in the use of software such as HYSIS (process modeling) and strong capabilities in report writing and presentation skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including CAD, Word, Excel and Outlook

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Prefer candidates working in Project Department in Refinery during normal operation, in charge of in-house project (small and medium)
