The Role:
Currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead the Sales team in a diverse healthcare company.

In this role you will provide physicians, nurses and health care providers with training, and tools to effectively maximise the benefit of the company's products.

As part of the role you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure training materials support the desired standard in accordance with company Policy and Procedures, accreditation standards, and program requirements
  • Design, develop and deliver client specific product training in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams and to address identified needs or gaps in performance or knowledge
  • Training sessions to support physicians, and health care providers with programs through a variety of mediums to support the business need (classroom, webcasts, etc.).
  • Work collaboratively with sales team to provide clinical and technical product information that supports/enhances the sales presentation during sales calls and of marketing efforts at local, regional and national trade shows/meetings
  • Communicate effectively with the client, Country Manager and sales team to ensure success across the division
  • Assess client levels of product outcomes and provides follow up to promote and maintain high level of customer satisfaction

To be successful in the role you will have the following attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in nursing or related field
  • Five to ten years of relevant hands-on clinical experience or direct patient care service experience in a hospital, home care or long term care setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to work cross functionally and lead a customer product deployment post sale
  • Technical aptitude and ability to develop and deliver technical training
  • Demonstrated proficiency in adult learning techniques
  • Ability to manage projects and influence key constituents
  • Excellent facilitation skills, oral and written communication skills
