The Role:
* 5 Axis Machine Procurement including Technical trade-offs, co-ordination and interfacing with Procurement teams, Commodity Management & suppliers
* Authority for short term external machining facility (CFRP Machining pending in house capability), co-ordination via Airbus Central Procurement
* Manage Weekly MFT Meeting on all Neo related Facility and Asset works / implementation
* On Site Propulsion Proof Test Facility
* Full risk Management on all activities and mitigation
* Full reporting on progress and issues to all stakeholders (Neo AIT Manager, MAIT Facility Representative & AIT Department Manager
* Liaison with all stakeholders and suppliers
* Management of budgets for works and escalation of any cost issues
* Ensure all appropriate risk assessments are in place prior to works
* Works Implementation authority (Ensures full buy in QA and Facility owners prior to works commencement) Front of house for AIT in terms of Assembly process, sequencing and decisions
* Industrial Capacity Review Input for facility constraints due to works
* Accountable for AIT Production Schedule 'what if's', to ensure minimal impact to Operational areas
* Oversee schedule adherence
* Change Request validation with Capital Investments focal point

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* HND or Degree in Manufacturing or Production discipline
* Experience in Assembly / Production environment
* Management or Team leading experience
* Experience of MRP (Material requirements planning)
* Scheduling experience
* Cost Management
* Procedures and process experience
* You will need to be an excellent Problem solver
* Health & Safety

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Clean room experience
* Security clearance
* Budget Handling
* Team Leading
