The Role:
Offering a HR Support service to all areas of the Tech Centre business. Supporting the Senior HR Manager, working alongside the HR Apprentice.

* To provide administrative support to the Senior HR Manager in line with the HR scorecard.
* To delegate and monitor output of accuracy of low level admin work to the HR Apprentice
* Ensure processes are being followed at all times to meet Audit requirements
* Prioritise workload based around the business needs to ensure timely deliverables.

Upload new starter information into Peoplesoft (contract and perm) to ensure 100% accuracy and in line with hyperion load dates.
Ensure absence is tracked and monitored.
Early intervention to Occ health in line with the Absence policy
Work with Occ health in relation to referrals and appointments
Raise Job Openings in line with requests and company policy, ensuring 100% accuracy.
Ensure all job offers are in line with the internal job code benchmarking and zero pay parity issues.
100% accuracy of data input within Peoplesoft for employee records and job openings.
Starters/leaver process in its entirety from offer to leaver.
Support all STA's and localisations to the UK with temporary accommodation, housing, vehicles, driving awareness training, service supports and day to day queries.
Liaise with PWC in relation to the movement of STA's into and out of the UK.
Raise all PO's for the department, contractors, training, cars, corporate pensions & insurances.
Support training requests through to booking training, liaising with the training providers to following the Training procedure, obtaining approval from the manager and the employee and ensuring the training requests are completed and tracked.
Manage contractor job openings, renewal of expiring job openings and replacements.
100% up to date accuracy of all trackers including starters/leavers, relocations, absence, payroll changes, job openings.
Ensure communication of payroll information in line with payroll deadline dates - Zero errors and non-conformance

Provide monthly reports to Finance relating to movement of labour (contract and perm).
Track relocation spend in line with the relocation policy per person.
Support with intern requests to onboarding.
Run adhoc reports from the Peoplesoft system, job opening, salary & benefits info, Talking points, training.
Ensure all housing costs relating to STA's are paid in line with the contracts, liaising with landlords and STA's.

* Ensure a safe working environment, follow, support and maintain working practices, comply with all relevant HSE legislation and local policies and procedures - Additional Responsibilities detailed in the HS&E Manual.
* Ensure peers and members in the department comply with TS16949 policies and procedures

* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Ability to plan, prioritise and oversee day to day activities of the department.
* Ability to work on own initiative and motivate other team members.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Self motivated and focused
* Friendly and approachable.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Strong Admin background
* Good working knowledge of Word and Excel (basic)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent accurate data entry skills
* Ability to work and operate effectively under pressure
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to motivate and mentor.
* GCSE's or equivalent

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Peoplesoft system
