The Role:
Drive the localization and implementation of the Business Unit strategy and ensure Service Growth strategies are implemented consistently across the Service organization in the region.
Lead and support the integrated HUB concept to drive operational efficiency and productivity. Build collaboration with different teams for increasing ownership and accountability through different countries.
Take full accountability for the profit and loss of the Service organization in the region

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will possess a degree in Engineering or Business with at least 10 years of relevant industrial experience preferably in Service business leading complex organization. Must have knowledge of relevant market, customer and solutions and capable of working in a multi-cultural environment. Extremely customer focused, strong service minded, disciplined, structured and highly committed to the results. Adapt to change management, engage and motivate people of different cultures. Must have good English communication skills both written and spoken.
