The Role:
Brand Advocacy
1. Consistently exhibit Culture and Core Values.
2. Ensure the Brand Image, Retail Experience, and Visual Excellence at the store and personal level are consistently implemented and maintained according to standards
.
Consumer Experience
1. Deliver memorable world class consumer experiences by exceeding expectations and creating Brand Advocates.
2. Create and maintain a warm and friendly environment where consumers enjoy the atmosphere generated by our store, product experiences, and teams which encourages a 'community-feel' so that consumers are inclined to linger and spend time.

Customer Service
1. Analyze Net Promotor Score results, create and communicate plans to optimize results
2. Lead the team to provide in-store, and remote services to our consumers such as consumer training, and device setup.
3. Manage and operate device services including hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs.

Store Profitability
1. Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success and drive continuous improvement to increase sales, productivity and profitability.
2. Able to analyze, forecast, plan, execute, and monitor key performance indicators of the store.
3. Leverage social media platforms to drive awareness and preference to the brand to increase online/offline sales conversion.

Team Management
1. Lead by example to create the culture of 'Make It Possible' by coaching, motivating and developing team members consistently.
2. Set clear expectations, conduct gap analysis, provide feedback and manage poor performance to drive the store's overall performance.
3. Comply with established HR policies and procedures

Store Operations
1. Lead all store operations in a systematic and efficient manner following Retail Guidelines
2. Ensure inventory turnover is processed accurately and timely.
3. Lead and implement all applicable loss prevention policies as well as health and safety regulations

Skills & Qualifications
1. Over 10 years of retail management experience within Middle East and Africa managing a complex business
2. Over 3 years of retail store management experience managing a team of over 50 people with various functions.
3. Passionate about improve consumer satisfaction
4. Strong proactive problem solving skills
5. Attract, build and lead a team to deliver results
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills to align with various stakeholders, and articulate strategy and tactics.
7. Embrace the ever changing retail landscape while acquiring new understanding and skills to improve.
8. Time-management, organization, leadership, and attention to details required.

Additional requirements
1. Proven experience with omni-channel retail leveraging social media platforms to improve traffic and conversion.
2. Fluent in English and Arabic while being a native speaker of either language.
3. Flexibility with schedules/shifts and able to adjust to retail business needs.
