The Role:
The Projects Manager's primary function is to service all the safety and operational requirements for the projects under their control.

To develop a safety culture throughout the project's that everyone can work safely and healthily and operate in a socially responsible manner.

To encourage all employees under their control to report unsafe acts.

Main Activities:

* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies & regulations

* Manage all duties within the confines of the CMS procedures

* Manage personnel and material resources for your project

* Responsible for providing management support for performance and development, to all operatives under your remit

* Responsible for the operational and commercial performance of your projects

* Stringent cost/revenue management for maximum profitability on your project

* Develop lasting client relationships to ensure business development

* Ensure the provision and use of suitable tools, plant and equipment is being used

* Allocation of site responsibilities for company personnel

* Discuss working methods with supervisors, foremen, chargehands, etc.

* Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and proper manner and in compliance with relevant WSP/Risk Assessments and safe systems of work

* Ensure that all employees under your control have been suitably assessed, in line with company procedures, and are competent to safely carry out their duties

* Provide information to Safety Manager with regards to any non-compliance or breaches in safety regulations

* To comply with all requirements of the CMS

* To ensure that the EHS commitments of the company and your workforce are met in full

* To prepare and deliver all necessary monthly reports through line management in a timely manner and in accordance with all business requirements


* Demonstrable project management experience within the industrial services sector
* Ability to manage and prioritise time
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines within the offshore services sector
* Skills to develop lasting client relationships
* Experience in similar position
* Significant knowledge of Fabric Maintenance within the industrial services environment
