The Role:
Job duties & responsibilities

* Responsible for the growth and profitability for Industrial cranes in Thailand
* Responsible for execution of strategic sales plan and set sales targets.
* Identifies and provide offers to current and future customers requirements
* Fully understand Industrial Cranes Products.
* Utilize the CRM tools for daily work and reporting
* Monitoring sales team and weekly coaching.
* Budgeting and planning for Industrial Crane Products

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Job requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
* At least 5-7 years' experience of Sales Management
Age between 35-40 years old only
* Sales experiences in Industrial product would be an advantage
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Able to work within a competitive environment and achieve sale target
* Good command in English
