The Role:
* Sales Manager for UAE Region for water treatment process /Projects , EPC , O & M -for Project Sales business of Advanced Water Treatment Processes in the Middle East with a strong, technical background in Water Treatment Engineering including; surface / groundwater/ wastewater /industrial water, drinking water and desalination focus on Municipal and industrial projects.

* He will be responsible for exploring business opportunities, identifying customers and negotiating deals. The role involves networking with existing and prospective customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships to acquire new businesses and improve the company's market position.

* Leads and develops project sales, contract negotiations, and new product introductions, including sales plans, account strategies, new market development plans, adapt sales policies to ensure continuing sales growth and profitability.

* Establishes and manages relationships with EPC firms, General Contractors, End Users and Consultants in the UAE to develop a project funnel for the business. Creates relationships with purchasing functions within the EPC firms assuring that services is registered as an approved vendor with the EPC and for relevant projects. Creates relationships with engineering departments to develop project leads, and actively develop opportunities.

* Closely works with cross functional team of Sales Support, Marketing and Operations to align strategic objectives across the organization to ensure collaboration, teamwork. Sales Manager are expected to apply their technical knowledge along with distinguished sales skills to provide instant sale services and support all range of products related to all Water treatment processes, Sewage Utilities and Desalination for which a certain level of expertise and networking is required.

* Responsible for Sales by submitting best solutions and services to the prospect clients.

* Full understanding of water/waste water treatment/desalination and Power processes, and add value to the sales team.

* Preparing proposals and handling negotiations

* Looking for opportunities of products and projects sales.

* Develop Sales strategies and initiatives to achieve target.

* Manage sales activities throughout the UAE by visiting engineering firms, OEM's and end user customers to obtain new business and expand existing business.

* Manage the selection and development of sales representatives and distributors throughout region.

* Advise sales representatives and distributors/Agents concerning sales, advertising techniques and campaigns.

* Keep the organization fully informed of competitor activities in the region.

* Represent company at trade shows and trade association meetings to promote the Company and its products.

* Coordinate as liaison between customer service department, technical service, engineering and other departments as appropriate to maximize superior sales and service performance.

* Prepare periodically progress reports, itinerary (call reports) and weekly expense reports in a timely manner and submit to Management

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Over 10+ years in similar role, experience in Middle East is essential.

* Minimum Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Process/Mechanical/ Engineering, post-graduate certification / degree preferred

* Strong background in Water/Waste Water treatment/Desalination and Power

* Must have excellent access to local clients and international business partners and vendors
