The Role:
Operating in the installation of Electrical and Instrumentation systems and plants.


Base Requirements

Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Languages: Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in written and spoken English
Informative Systems: MSOffice Package (Word, Excel, Power Point), Windows Operating System, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, MS Visio
Work experience: 10 years minimum engineering experience, 5 years minimum management experience


Competence and Skills
* Strong technical and organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to develop relationships with client and other consultants.
* In depth knowledge in pursuing accreditation with international quality standard, such as ISO.
* With at least 5 years of significant experience in working with Metro Railways is a must.

Role Description
Reporting to the Project Manager, the QA/QC Manager's duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:
* To manage and supervise QA/QC Department.
* Prepare and Maintain Quality Manual for the Organization
* Implement Quality System to the Project which includes inspection test plan, quality verification document, inspection checklist and reports.
* Generate Non-conformance Reports (NCR) to activities not conforming to project specifications and monitor detailed action plans for close-out.
* Conduct Internal Quality Audit and review/prepare analysis of generated NCR's, complaints and audit.
* Arrange materials documentation requirements and submits to Client Inspection Department for acceptance.
* Conduct trainings and awareness sessions for operations staff and other concerned parties on an ongoing basis to drive a quality adherence and quality improvement culture.
* Review, monitor, check and manage QQ/QC documentation records.
* Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, audit & improvement of operations QA/QC policies and procedures and ensure that project contract requirements are in line with Quality requirements, objectives and systems.
* Coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders to maintain awareness of Quality policy and action Quality management plans accordingly
