The Role:
To develop and maintain good working relationships with key customers to ensure their service needs and expectations are met and the alliance of both is profitable. Manage continuously key accounts to maintain sales performance and ensure complaints, claims and feedback is handled timely and in an effective manner in order to maintain and increase opportunities, profitability and revenue.
* Organise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within the Key Accounts Management function is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and departmental policy.

* Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development.

* Keep updated, provide and suggest all training needed for the correct job performance for self and team

Budgets and Financial Plans

* Monitor the financial performance of activities within the Key Accounts Management Function versus budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.

Key Account Management

* Manage business relationships with key accounts, defining mutual goals and objectives, building awareness, support and developing solutions to ensure expectations and service needs are aligned and the overall collaboration is value-adding and profitable.

* Provide a full range of customer support services, in liaison with key function, departments and local stations to ensure that key accounts will be served well and with the priority attention received.

* Manage the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and claims, communicate these to relevant departments for corrective action to ensure/recover reliability and service standards remain uncompromised, and delivered in a cost-efficient and effective manner, in line with our client Cargo GH strategic direction.
* Provide "one-stop-shop" account management to assigned customer accounts, including sales of new services, handling complaints and claims, developing account plans and communicating requirements to operations and business development to ensure customer satisfaction and the availability of a ready and easy reference to one point of contact.

* Build an ongoing performance culture with the client, forwarding on-time information received from airline customers concerning station performance, to the head of BD, and across the GH unit, to provide feedback on measures, grow trust and open future opportunities.

* Liaise with key account representative at the station level, providing ongoing commercial support and direction on how to service the key account better to provide highest level of satisfaction and ensure prompt follow up at the station level.

* Negotiate annual frame agreements with key accounts and develop the volume and range of business year-on-year to generate profitable growing accounts for our client Cargo GH.

* Prepare commercial proposals, in coordination with operations, for key accounts in response to customer enquiries to satisfy their requirements for new products and to ensure profitable business for our client Cargo GH.
* Motivate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices while taking into account international leading practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures

* Implement departmental policies, systems, and procedure so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service.

Reports

* Supervise and provide inputs in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports against agreed SLAs and KPIs to meet the Business Development department requirements, policies, and standards.

* Airline scorecards to be completed and shared the trend with all intended audience to improve service standards

Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environment

* Complies with all relevant QHSSE management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related discipline
5-7 years of experience
