The Role:
What are my responsibilities?

Maintain and develop sales volume against EBIT follow BTA as agreed from HQ.
Responsible to increase market share for EM Product portfolios.
To establish maintain and improve on customer contacts and ensure ready availability of market intelligence through effective customer intelligence and communication.
Keep abreast with all new products development and proper documented competitor information.
Effectively communicate and brief market developments and decisions to the superior - Head of Division/ Department
Abide and adhere to a high standard of business ethics and maintain exemplary conduct according to Business Conduct Guidelines and all Compliance Guidelines, Policies, Procedures and Requirements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor degree or higher in electrical engineering or others engineering
Over 10 years' experience in Electrical field especially for substation business
Have decision making, initiative and communication skills
Excellent in English language both writing and communication and proficient in MS Office
