The Role:
Position Purpose:
To enable and support the business operations in the following areas:
* Initiate data-driven recommendations through the analysis, design and implementation of metrics aimed at continuous improvement of operational and financial performance of RE team.
* Develop consolidated Trinidad RE budgets and cost forecasts for annual OP exercise aligning with business and regional/functional requirements.
* RE Functional Planner with responsibility for coordinating and integrating all local RE work streams into the business integrated activity planning and scheduling programme (IAPS)

Primary Responsibilities
1. Identify and action opportunities to reduce complexity, promote best practice in all RE areas of activity.
2. Collaborate with RE team and business/functional stakeholders to initiate and lead continuous improvement opportunities in process and content.
3. Coordinate with Regional RE and Finance teams to develop Trinidad RE budgets and LE forecasts.
4. Work with SRE Business Services Team in Houston and Central Finance to ensure site alignment on cost coding, management info, business controls, cost analysis and benchmarking etc.
5. Initiate Accounting "Dip Checks" and monitors spend/cost versus budget details
6. Facilitate site-to-procurement dialogue by collaborating with assigned CP Lead; review final contract draft to ensure the scope provided by the site has been accurately captured following negotiations; consult with site team about major changes prior to contract execution.
7. Provide assurance on contract financial planning, ensuring contracts are managed within approved contact values.
8. Monitor performance across Service Level Agreements (HSSE, Cost, Performance and Delivery).
9. Update and confirm reward & performance tracking mechanisms as necessary.
10. Create and update RE Functional plan (IAPS) in the planning tool Primavera
11. Ensure IAPS information is credible, meets agreed targets and is approved for integration and execution.
12. Identifying IAPS relevant activities based on IAPS Inclusion Criteria.
13. Represent the Function at planning meetings and drives IAPS awareness in RE Function. Drive Function to address SIMOPS (where applicable), Activity Readiness, and Critical Resource management (where applicable).
14. Contract Holder for the following services (onshore &offshore sites)
* FM Services

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* The candidate must be able to demonstrate breadth of knowledge and understanding to harmonize diverse activities.
* The candidate should possess strong communication skills and be able to develop effective relationships and influence team, business partners, stakeholders and contractors.
* The candidate must possess sound analytical and problem-solving skills to take complex and sometimes ambiguous data and create practical short and long-term solutions.

Information & Data, IT systems/Apps:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Management Information reporting
* Experience of ERP systems is a must
* Good working knowledge of SAP is required.
* Expertise in Microsoft Excel & Access and PowerPoint is required.
* Sound analytical and numeracy skills
* Experience with financial and other business processes.
* Experience working with budgets

Performance Delivery:
* Ability to deliver consistent, accurate and timely results.
* Effective time management
