The Role:
This position reports directly to the Head of Reservoir Management
Accountabilities:
To ensure that the Reservoir and Geosciences Department has the necessary tools, processes, guidelines and documentation to efficiently deliver on its required tasks whilst monitoring performance and benefiting from lessons learned.
Activities:
· Develop and maintain dashboards this includes :
· KPI development
o Working with the team to gather the most critical KPIs and narrowing them down to critical parameters
o Working on developing the format, plots and data sources for each input to ensure data is represented in the most concise and comprehensive manner
· Timely data gathering and QC process
· Facilitation of Monthly dashboard discussion to optimize time and ensure looking forward when discussing important milestones or issues
· Responsible for the development and management of the annual integrated business plan. Working with key cross-functional stakeholders across the department, this includes the assessment of resource availability, business impact, planning and monitoring of progress and measuring performance results.
· Develop, maintain, communicate and continuously improve a performance operating rhythm with key department stakeholders
· Efficiently lead direct reports by delegating team tasks, setting clear objectives, developing skills, overseeing day-to-day work and providing feedback on performance.
· Support ad hoc activities with RGS this includes :
o Developing ad-hoc dashboards
o FDP & IFDP comparison presentation with recommendations going forward
o Support with presentations to QP on appraisal plans
· Focal point for departmental cost saving initiatives. This includes the and track cost saving ideas and report to cost saving programme manager
· Process improvement: Continuously seek methods to improve the process, tools/systems, organization, and culture and propose solutions
· Consolidate and document RGS integrated processes (i.e.: OMP process) through initiation of draft document and facilitating content integration between asset and disciplines to ensure documents are fully comprehensive and thoroughly reviewed before publication

· Focal point for CMS, this includes:
o Creating a reference outlining how to use CMS on SharePoint
o Follow up on pending documents and ensuring timely delivery, in case of delays recovery plans and re-base lining to ensure quality is not compromised
o Thorough document quality review and providing support to document authors to meet the standards
o Creating a SharePoint CMS reference point to store documents for future reviews
o Providing CMs guideline presentations to RGS management
o Publishing CMS documents and owner of the validation process
o For level 2 CMS processes create presentations to briefly summarize the content of the CMS document
o Develop and maintain tools for monitoring the department's performance, track deliverables, scheduling and planning
Profile Required
· More than 10 years of experience required, data analysis role preferred
· The incumbent should hold a bachelor degree in petroleum engineering or related discipline from an internationally recognized university.
· Fluent in English (spoken, written)
· Good communication skills
· Software skills in: sharepoint, spotfire, SQL, excel and other reporting/data analysis tools
· Team player, persuasive, open minded, hard worker, delivery orientated
· Previous working experience in the middle East would be a plus
· HSE trainings
· Project management experience or qualification (e.g PMI)
