The Role:
The primary purpose of this job role is to lead a program of transformation/engagement activities to shape the Company's performance Culture in areas such as vision/values definition, organization alignment and change sustainability.

He/she will work to maximize stakeholders' understanding of change initiatives so that targeted business results are achieved.

Keep up to date with engagement strategies globally to drive creative and innovative solutions to foster a 'One Company' Culture.

Develop people focused strategies and the process to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness to share and celebrate successes.
- The position reports directly to CAPO and will liaise with leaders across the business.
- Lead, Coach and Mentor 3 direct reports and indirectly lead a community of Change Leads
- Assist CAPO in liaising with Shareholders as necessary.
- Budget allocation 1,3 million USD
- Be an active and visible strategic business advisor to executive and senior management regarding key organizational change issues.
- Create a strong case for change initiatives and develop senior leadership alignment around clear objectives and key messages regarding the change.
- Lead strategies for employee surveys to include Pulse/Organizational Health Index and from the analysis and evaluation of data received coordinate with Change Leads to facilitate and disseminate consistent messaging.
- Identify potential people-related risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
- Research and benchmark transformation best practices to apply a structured change approach and methodology.
- Develop change management strategies based on an accurate understanding of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate and track results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner, with concrete action recommendations.
- Support the execution of plans by managers and business leaders and project team members.
- Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
- Develop a web presence and maintain a suite of resources to embed change activities and raise the profile of business transformation.
- Responsible to develop and analyze a suite of CAPO metrics, dashboard and reporting to drive business performance
- Provides Leadership, coaching and direction to the Executive team and staff to ensure' One NOC' culture is embedded. Exemplify and encourage Corporate values and behaviours.
- Supervises and guides the activities of the team. Guides efforts aimed at achieving entity objectives.
- Develop and upskill national team members to assume higher roles
- Participate fully in crisis response training and assist during emergency response situations if required(on/offshore)
- Ensure cost efficiencies in all cost related activities
- On request of CAPO carry out some specific assignments or problem solve specific business concerns in relation to NOC's culture where required

- Office based.
- Exposure to entities within CAPO gaining a diverse spectrum of responsibilities.
- Emergency Response team member
- Master or Bachelor degree with 15+ years of relevant experience in management
- Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Good networking skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Proven experience in large-scale, complex business transformation
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Able to motivate large and specialized teams in different domains
- Good negotiation and influencing skills. High level of tact and diplomacy
- Ability to innovate and drive change across the business
- Project Management, Conflict Management and Problem Solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written English communication. Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
