The Role:
In the frame of maintaining minimum operational availability requirement, o oversee the safe development, implementation and execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities on Pumps Field wide in close liaison with, Departmental Planners, Contracts and Procurement Department, Warehouse, Campaign / Shutdown Team Leads & Coordinators, Field Operations Inspection Department, Maintenance Discipline Departments, Offshore stakeholders, Company Operations Centre Manager and T1 / T2 Maintenance Coordinators.
Job Dimensions
Key role in Fieldwide Pump maintenance preparation, execution, repair and troubleshooting; collaborating and driving integration on a daily basis with a wide / diverse range of stakeholders, in line with 2 years, 4 months, 5 weeks planning.
Provide input to his leader the development of annual operational and capital budgets.
Responsible to lead activities requiring using specific contractor through SAP (WO's, PR's, PO's,) workshop repair onshore and site offshore interventions, and manage Contractor quality related to Pump Maintenance activities.
Position has interaction with Company Offshore / Site Leadership, Onshore Organisation and external Vendors
Drive an Incident Free environment through establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture.
Responsible for ensuring positive HSE performance by personnel, contractors and others working under the guidance of his leader. Held Service Quality Meeting of CONTRACTOR on site if applicable
Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation, company standards and procedures under the area of responsibility to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance and responsible environmental attitude.
Provide specialist technical advice and guidance to Site / Offshore personnel on the maintenance of Pumps / Rotating Equipment, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and investigations, where required, involving respective maintenance personnel.
Provide technical and administrative support to the site Base Operations personnel; define scopes of work for pump overhaul and repair, ensure daily communication with Company-OC T1 / T2 and provide support where required on technical / administrative issues.
Set efficient maintenance strategy for pump, organization of vendors, supply direct support to site requests (vendors, spare parts, tooling, technical procedures, work packs and Work Order resourcing).
Prepare work pack and Work Order for Campaign and Shutdown teams to ensure the overall readiness and execution of scopes in line with Campaign / Shutdown gate criteria process / Work Order resourcing.
Manage the repair process for critical Rotating Equipment / Pumps, including visits to local vendor workshops and warehouses. Secure procedures, quality control and execution are well performed by CONTRACTOR in its workshop.
Monitor the efficiency of the maintenance strategies for the maintenance, inspection and operation of Rotating Equipment / Pumps.. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of all activities, improve equipment reliability and reduce operating costs.
Participate, as appropriate, in vendor / contractual audits.
Execution of Class 2 Modifications (vendor based modifications).
Lead repairs management, overhaul and maintenance of all Pumps. Act as Contract Representative with ownership and cost management responsibility for key 3rd party operational support services. * Issue and update permutation / test calendar to ensure that potential for failure linked to running hours are well separated in time and standby equipment remains available. Secure proper performance monitoring are set to identify weakness.

Profile Required
Degree / industry recognized technical qualifications supported by industry experience (Offshore and Onshore Oil and Gas Facilities).
Minimum of 10 years' experience working in the Oil and Gas industry in a similar role.
Strong technical skills in a multi-cultural and highly technical specialized environment.
Thorough understanding and application of industry process safety guidelines and procedures.
Thorough knowledge of Rotating Equipment discipline maintenance requirements, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and planning processes.
Versatile, resilient and able to interact effectively with different Departments, Peers and Senior Management on a daily basis.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Industry recognized training and professional certification.
Fluent in English (listening, writing and speaking) and its technical vocabulary
