The Role:
Accountabilities

Develop and document CPD functional roles, responsibilities and activities to ensure alignment with Company Mission and Values and with other departments.
Develop and document CPD business processes and ensure activities, processes and responsibilities are optimized and reflect the business need.
Provide business support to the CPD functions in the development of reports and presentations internally for Company and externally for shareholders.
Act as CMS representative for developing/updating/reviewing CPD CMS documents.
Other accountabilities may be defined as required by Head, Business Performance.

Job Dimensions

The job holder shall work under the direction of the Head, Business Performance. The job holder shall be indirectly responsible for the management of CPD technical documentation in alignment with Company CMS policy and corporate documentation requirements.

The job holder shall be accountable for working across Company departments to ensure consistency and outstanding quality in key business documents, including but not limited to the following:

Long-Range Business Plans (LRBP).
Annual business performance reports.
Reports issued to shareholders and other external stakeholders.
Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) procedure.
Functional plans for Business Continuity Management (BCM).
Departmental functional charters.
Development processes.
Cost estimating and investment policy standards.

The position is an individual contributor.

Activities

HSE:
Support safety culture through active participation in Company safety initiatives such as Incident Free.
Main activities:
Develop and document CPD functional roles, responsibilities, activities and business processes with the CPD functions and identify inefficiencies, conflicts, gaps and related technical issues. Recommend improvements based on analysis.
Develop/update documentation based on analysis and by driving engagement with respective stakeholders both within CPD and other departments.
Produce CMS documentation, reports and presentations in a consistent format and to a high technical standard.
Facilitate weekly reporting to collect weekly project status data from CPD functions and consolidate into a weekly report for the VP CPD.
Act as CMS representative for deviation requests of CPD CMS documents to ensure deviations are reviewed and closed in a timely manner.
Provide technical writing / editing / technical support for CPD functions.
Participate in crisis response training and assist during emergency response situations if required.

Business Continuity:
Asses and review annually the Strategic & functional plans and keep them updated.
Assist the Risk management team in testing and validating the BCPs

Enterprise Risk Management:
Develop and update the risk register of the ERM, along with providing their input into risk candidacy and closure
Asses and validate the mitigation plans proposed by departments in their risk register
Demonstrate the technical knowledge in assisting the team in developing their mitigation plans

Stakeholder interfaces:

Internal stakeholders:
The job holder will proactively drive engagement with all teams within CPD and externally with the CMS team and Company departments.

External stakeholders:
The job holder will be responsible for final preparation and editing of presentations and reports that will be issued to external stakeholders including shareholders and government ministries.

Profile Required

Education: Bachelor in Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience: 15+ years total experience
10+ in O&G industry

Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Visio) (Excellent)
