The Role:
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions/specifications/parts lists.
Gathering parts/sub assemblies/tools/materials
Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts & sub assemblies
Area housekeeping - reporting of problems, shortages or equipment breakdowns
Maintain to the highest level, workmanship standards & product quality
Flexibility to work in Processes & logistics environments
Maintains supplies inventory: Checking stock levels , placing & expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies
Check/complete all paperwork associated with the manufacturing data pack, including production & quality forms
Maintain safe working area & practices
Ensure flow line equipment are always within calibration & escalate to Q.A if out of specification for rework/replacement
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
