The Role:
Manage timesheet entry for service team into SAP.
Daily management of robot service issues which includes part ordering/returns and arranging with customers, updating various systems with correct information
Part returns for service and spares team
Main reception cover ( lunch time)
Manual handling of return parts
Support rest of customer service team when required.

The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Organised and able to plan
Talking with customers and engineers
Data entry in to various bespoke systems
Good understanding of Microsoft office.
Invoicing of orders

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Fork lift license/ willingness to learn (Using forklift to load unload items )
SAP knowledge useful
